Österreichs beste Praktika 2009: 1. Platz für KPMG KPMG gewinnt den diesjährigen Wettbewerb „Place to Perform“ und wird als bester Praktikumsgeber Österreichs ausgezeichnet. Die Studie wird jährlich von Uniforce Junior Enterprise Vienna in Kooperation mit dem Institut für Wirtschaftspsychologie der Universität Wien durchgeführt und steht unter der Schirmherrschaft des Bundesministeriums für Wissenschaft und Forschung. Bewertet werden dabei von den Praktikanten verschiedene Kriterien wie Arbeitsbedingungen, Arbeitsklima, ArbeitskollegInnen, Arbeitstätigkeiten, Betreuung und Bewerbungsprozess. Teilnehmen können Unternehmen aller Branchen mit Sitz in Österreich, die im Teilnahmejahr mindestens vier Praktikanten für einen Monat oder länger beschäftigen. KPMG konnte bereits 2007 als Sieger und 2008 als Drittplatzierter das begehrte Gütesiegel für Österreichs bestes Praktikum entgegennehmen. Place to Perform 2008 KPMG als das Unternehmen mit dem besten Praktikum Österreichs „place to perform“ wurde von uniforce im vergangenen Jahr initiiert, um Unternehmen im zuneh-menden Wettstreit um die besten Nachwuchs-kräfte eine Möglichkeit zu bieten, ihr Praktikums-angebot mit dem anderer österreichischer Unter-nehmen zu vergleichen. Bei der diesjährigen Veranstaltung „Place to Perform – Österreichs bestes Praktikum“ wurden insgesamt fünf Unternehmen ausgezeichnet und KPMG Austria konnte sich erneut zu den Siegern zählen und belegte den hervorragenden 3. KPMG als das Unternehmen mit dem besten Praktikum Österreichs "Österreichs beste Praktikum" ist eine quantitative Studie mit dem Ziel, die Praktika der teilnehmenden Unternehmen nach vordefinierten Kriterien zu evaluieren. Unter der Schirmherrschaft von Bundesminister Dr. Johannes Hahn wurde 2007 erstmals das Unternehmen mit dem besten Praktikum Österreichs ermittelt. Sunday Times Best Big Company to work for KPMG has, for the second year in a row, been named ‘The Sunday Times Best Big Company to Work For’. KPMG has also been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award in honour of our outstanding performance in the competition over the last five years. March 2009
